Q, How does the event work?

Super easy, just check out these steps:
1. We’ll send you an ingredients and equipment list after you book so you know what's needed for the session (you may need to head to the shops or add to your online order if there’s anything you don’t already have in the cupboard).

2.On the day: Set up a laptop, tablet or phone in your kitchen with a camera facing you and log into zoom. We’ll send you the zoom link/access details for the session usually at least 1 hour before start time.

3.Get all your ingredients weighed and your equipment ready.

4.At start time our head chef will be on hand to greet you to the session and to get the cooking started.

5.Sit back and enjoy your food in the comfort of your own home.

Q. I can’t find one of the ingredients or don’t have the right equipment for the session

No need to panic, drop us an email and we’ll suggest some alternatives for you.

Q. What if I miss something or don’t understand something the chef says?

We try to make all our sessions as simple as possible to follow, but we know that sometimes it’s easy to get distracted or miss something.

If you aren’t sure what to do or you didn't hear any instructions from the head chef feel free just to let the head chef know and he’ll run you through anything you missed.

Q. Can I get a copy of the recipe & method?

Absolutely, we send this information out as part of every session so you can make these dishes over and over again.

Q. I can no longer make the event I booked, can I change to another date?

As long as you make us aware over 48 hours before the start time of the event then we should be able to switch you to another event without much fuss.
